How long does delivery take?

2 – 3 working days.

Please note: No orders are packed, shipped or delivered over weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed before 13h00 (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13h00(Mon-Fri) will be shipped the following working day.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are delivered between 08h00 – 17h00 weekdays (Mon-Fri) excl. Public holidays.

Please make sure you enter the delivery address you or someone accepting the order on your behalf will be available at during these times. Please note: once your order has been dispatched the delivery details can not be changed.

TONE does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please enter your physical address when placing your order.

I How do I know where my order is?

Once you have placed your order, you will be receiving 3 communications from us:

1. Confirmation of order:

Please check this mail to be sure the correct items have been ordered and the correct delivery address + contact number used.

2. Order status update:

This is just an update and confirmation that your order is being packed.

3. Shipping and tracking info:

Once your order has been dispatched with our reliable courier services, you will be receiving a shipping mail, including the tracking info for your order, along with contact information of the relevant courier services.
